SEO Specialist (Full-Time / Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist who can improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and support business growth through strategic SEO execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands how SEO directly impacts leads, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct niche research and competitive analysis
• Perform keyword research with a focus on high-intent and revenue-driving keywords
• Optimize websites using On-Page SEO best practices (content, meta tags, site structure, internal linking)
• Execute Off-Page SEO strategies, including ethical link building and outreach
• Create, optimize, and manage SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, web pages)
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Identify growth opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in ranking websites on search engines
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies that drive sales and leads
• Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link building
• Knowledge of technical SEO basics
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating SEO success
